The Indonesian government has once again brought the issues regarding palm oil products to the table at the recent ASEAN-European Union meeting in Singapore. Foreign Affairs Minister Retno Marsudi said that there is an indication that Indonesian palm oil products have been discriminated in the EU market, even though Indonesia had complied with the EU’s Renewable Energy Directive (RED) II. Aside from Indonesia, the Malaysian government has also brought up the same topic during the meeting.
