Hotspots start to appear in Central Kalimantan

Central Kalimantan has entered dry season as predicted by the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). BMKG Palangka Raya Station Forecaster Chandra Mukti said yesterday (July 15) that there were 18 hotspots in five regencies in Central Kalimantan. The regencies were Kapuas (10 hotspots), Lamandau (3), East Kotawaringin and Seruyan (two each), and South Barito (one). In Bangka Belitung, three hotspots were detected on Saturday (July 14); two hotspots were in Bangka and one was in South Bangka.
