Dialogue tackles trade barriers

A high-level dialogue between palm oil stakeholders could help to tackle trade barriers. Speaking at an international conference titled “Eradicating Poverty through the Agriculture and Plantation Industry to Empower Peace and Humanity” at Pontifical Urban University in Rome, Italy, on Tuesday (May 15), Indonesian Ambassador to Vatican Antonius Agus Sriyono underlined the importance of dialogues to overcome debates on oil palm plantation development and environmental issues. The important message concluded in the conference was to raise more awareness on sustainable natural resources development.
