Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) Deputy Chairman Togar Sitanggang said that Indonesia has exported crude palm oil (CPO) and its derivatives to Africa, such as cooking oil, bakers fat and margarine, but in small quantities. The demand for packaged cooking oil continues to increase in Africa. The government should lower the export levy for packaged and bulk cooking oil to attract investments and boost exports, he said on Sunday (July 7).
