The Centre for Entrepreneurship, Change and Third Sector (CECT) of the Trisakti University in Jakarta is issuing a call for submission for CECT Sustainability Awards 2019 to provide recognition and appreciation for companies that have good sustainability performances based on ISO 26000, a global agreement and standard on Social Responsibility.
“This award is given in recognition of the holistic CSR performance of a company and is also aimed at educating corporations. The annual award would thus encourage and guide corporations to handle their CSR in a holistic way,” CECT Trisakti said on its official website.
The submission and collection of documents will close on September 27, 2017, the nominations announced on October 1, and the jury will evaluate the entries on October 9-10. The awards are scheduled to be presented on November 7, 2019.

Nindita Radyati, Kemal Soeriawidjaja from Partnership.ID, Suryani Motik from the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), Noke Kiroyan from Kiroyan Partners, Amalia Yunita from Arus Liar, Ancella A. Hermawan from Universitas Indonesia, Jalal who is a CSR practitioner and Usman Kasong from Media Indonesia, a release from CECT said.

The sustainability aspects used in the analysis are the environment, economy and social aspects as well as their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Between 2015 and 2018, CECT had already conducted research to evaluate the holistic CSR performances of more than 300 companies in Indonesia, using an evaluation tool based on ISO 26000.
